Round 2: Handstand against wall

Round 3: Side plank

Round 4: Other side plank

Then

2 rounds of

6 Ring rows + transition

10 Hollow and roll over to arch

 

Skill - Ring muscle up

Show false grip

Kip and hip to rings

Transition in low rings, feet on ground

Dip and cycling reps for the those who has one or more muscle up

 

Strength

EMOM 15

30s False grip hang in rings

6-10 Ring rows (elevated feets)

6-10 box dips

 

Advanced

Every minute do 1-2 ring muscle ups and always finish the last rep with an additional ring dip
